Client Requirements: The Client required a Victorian building to be surveyed and monitored over a 12 month period, to establish if there was any movement causing instability.

Our Role: Interlocks surveys established a network of control points both inside and outside the building, and on the adjacent retaining walls. These points were levelled and monitored for movement in all directions utilizing precise levelling and a high accuracy Total Station Theodolite.

Clients Benefits: By providing clear and concise reports, showing both lateral and vertical movements together with colour coded plans it allowed the client to assess the building movement and therefore the risk to occupants.
