Interlocks Surveys has carried out several visits to brutalist landmark the former Dundee College. The team captured a full topographical survey of the site alongside scans for elevations and floor plans of selected buildings.

Given the derelict nature of the site additional precautions had to be made with regard to comprehensive risk assessments and a full point of work risk assessments (POWRA) on arrival.

The College of Commerce as it was known when it opened in 1969 is a classic example of 1960s brutalist architecture. The site fell into disrepair following its vacation in 2011. The survey results will be used to inform redevelopment into new student accommodation.
